My spouse got a job as a seasonal hire. Will she be exempted to file  taxes?

Tax for seasonal

No. All income must be reported.

No.  If she has income you need to report it on a Joint return or if you file as Married filing Separate she needs to file her own return.  You have to report all your income no matter how small,  even $1 of bank interest.
