Software error in TurboTax

The online Free TurboTax for persons with an income of less than $36,000

There is a software error in the Arkasas State Tax form AR4 

Under Part III-Income not subject to Arkansas Tax

Social Security -- it shows up as the Federal taxable amount, but it should show the total amount of Social Securtiy received.  This is the same error that I pointed out last year, but it has not been corrected in this year's forms. This should be fixed before I send it.

There is nowhere to contact a person to discuss or get this corrected.

Edit the Product on the website to CD/Download.  Edit  the edition to Deluxe.  Type in your problem.

On the following screen enter your personal information and then click on the blue button labeled Get the phone number

On the following screen you will get a toll free phone number and a Support ID number.
