whatever your 1040 says, once you submit it, that's what you are saying to the IRS are the correct figures.
You have to compare them line by line. What's different?
Tax software that has been approved by the IRS should give the same results when the same information is entered. So something you entered was inconsistent if your results vary that wildly. It is always tempting to believe that the highest refund is the "right" one----but you need to look very carefully at why you got such different results. If you can print the returns you need to compare them side by side, line by line to spot what is different.
you can't compare calculators or estimators line by line with Form 1040.
