I received an email saying "Action Required: Your Tax Return Was Not E-filed" but I did e-file and it has been accepted. Why did I receive this?

Since your tax return has been accepted, you can disregard the email.  That email may have been for another account or it may have been a phishing email.  If you suspect it is phishing, please report it at https://security.intuit.com/.  Thank you.

I got the same message yesterday. TurboTax said it may be phishing or it may be a glitch in the system. Nevertheless my tax forms were filed and accepted by IRS and State.
