It's not clear what you are asking. TurboTax does not pay any of your taxes. Please explain in greater detail.

My screen shows you're using the free edition of TurboTax online. There is no support for that, unless you pay for it. But perhaps you can get help here?

TurboTax has not, does not and will not pay the taxes of any tax filer under any circumstances. There are no exceptions. I can assure you that Turbotax did not pay your taxes. If you can provide more details, maybe someone here can help though. Are you referring to federal taxes, or state taxes? If the latter, what state?

What tax year are you referring to? I assume the 2021 tax year. Otherwise, please correct my assumption.

Did you actually have to "pay" taxes for whatever tax year is in question here? Or did you get a refund? If the latter, how did you elect to receive your refund? Paper check? Direct Deposit? Deposit to a debit card of some type? Did you elect to pay your filing fees (if any were due) from your refund?

Hopefully with more details, we can help clear things up on your end.
