I order turbo tax via on line.  Have not received approx, date of arrival. Can't contact a customer service to talk to that speak clear English. I've used turbo tax for over 15 years, but I'm contemplating using a competitor with better customer service. I'm looking for my deluxe turbo tax that I ordered last week; however,  can't get an answer. My e-mail address is [email address removed]. My cell number is [phone number removed].  I'm sure you have other disgruntled long-time customers the feel the same way I do. All of my family members!

The best way for you to receive my concerns is not necessarily the best way me. I thought I was the customer. I'm now angry! How do I get my money back from my order.  You've just lost a 15+ years customer!
