If in 2021, I worked for a tribe and am a citizen of that tribe, but live in the reservation jurisdiction of another tribe can I still apply for the Indian tax credits?

You should. Please double check the full requirement. Please click on the following link: OK resident return and review the information on page 18, under Exempt Tribal Income.
Oklahoma has 3 main requirements and Oklahoma asks for significant documentation on this as well.
1. You are a member of a recognized tribe
2. You work on the tribal land associated with your tribe
3. You live on land associated as belonging to the tribe.
Do you have any clarification on number three? What is defined as “associated as belonging to the tribe”. Is this reservation jurisdiction or land owned by the tribe?
The link vanished! I am so sorry. Here is the link: https://oklahoma.gov/content/dam/ok/en/tax/documents/forms/individuals/current/511-Pkt.pdf that lost its attachment when I posted, OK resident return earlier. This will clarify things for you.
