@its_kat55 Your 2020 AGI is not on your W2. Your 2020 AGI is on your 2020 tax return. If you actual 2020 AGI gets rejected, then try entering a Zero for your 2020 AGI. The IRS was and still is backlogged on the processing of 2020 returns, which is causing the actual 2020 AGI to be rejected.

If you don't have a prior year return to find your previous year’s AGI, you have a few options.

If you’re still waiting for your 2020 tax return to be processed, enter $0 for your prior year’s adjusted gross income (AGI) on your 2021 tax return. You’ll need to provide your AGI to e-file your 2021 tax return.
If you used the Non-Filers tool in 2021 to register for an advance Child Tax Credit payment or third Economic Impact Payment, enter $1 for your prior year’s AGI on your 2021 tax return.
Note: If you didn't file last year and you’re in TurboTax, just make sure to indicate that when asked. If you've already entered a number for your AGI, manually enter “0” instead.
Still having trouble? Call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 between 7AM to 7PM local time, or make an appointment at a local IRS office.
I think you do not need to start over.
Just go to the wrong W-2 that you entered and either change it to the correct W-2 info, or delete the incorrect W-2 and add the correct one. You can do this by
Federal Return > Wages and income > "I'll choose what I want to work on" (button) > Scroll down to "Wages and Salaries" > Find the line for W-2 > Click the "Update" or "Start" button on the right side of that line > Follow the conversation and enter the required data.
