Probably not. I would recommend spending about 15 minutes using your most recent pay stub for 2021 and double-checking your current withholding here: TurboTax Withholding Calculator. This will give you an idea based on this year's earnings, plus your input for anything else that may not be reflected on paystubs, regarding where you stand.
If an adjustment is warranted, this tool can also advise you the best way to make any adjustment, and fill out the form for you to provide to your employer.
