I am currently living out of the USA. So I need to file without a license, and Using my Us Passport number

It wont' go through unless you have a valid Picture ID, how about any other State Issued ID or a Passport Card, if you have one?

You are not required to enter z drivers license in order to e-file your federal return. it adds a layer of security for you, but is NOT required. You can skip entering it.
