My Daughters do not have SSN, they have ITIN numbers, so what option should i choose under Citizenship for my daughters ? US Citizen or Legal Resident ?

My Daughters are qualified as Residents as per the stay condition of IRS, but is the citizen ship condition here look for Immigration status ?

If your daughters do not have Social Security Numbers, they are not Citizens.  If they are in the country legally, have ITINs, and have met the Substantial Presence Test, they are Resident Aliens.  You should choose the option for "Legal Resident" in TurboTax.

Thanks a lot for clarifying my question, yes they are not US citizens and they pass the substantial residence test as they have been with me since 2014 here in the US.

I will choose as Legal Resident.
