Last year I received my tax return through direct deposit, but this year, I did not get this option, it is only asking for the billing address, what do I do?

The only option being shown is paper check.  How can I fix this?

Go back and click on File on the left side of the online program screen.  Then revisit Step 1 and the Step 2.  On Step 2 if you have a tax refund you should land on the following screen for your options on how to receive the refund -

What was step 1? When I click file, it is showing a screen that is asking my billing address and the order summary.

Step 1 is your order summary.  Once you complete Step 1 you will go to Step 2.

As Doncin GA mentions, the first step is asking you how to pay for your Turbo Tax product.  Step 2 will ask for your Direct Deposit information.
