It says I have to upgrade since I make 100,000+. It clearly states that I have to pay 60 dollars, when I go to check out, why is it asking for 110

If you prepared a state return that is an extra fee.

How can I see my TurboTax  fees?

Sounds like you added a state which is an additional $50 for each state.

I appreciate the response. In other words , filing for both federal and state is not $60. This would be the case if you were only filing federal, correct? Including the state adds an additional $50 even if it's only the state you are filing for?

Correct.    You cannot do state only because 90% of the state tax return information flows form the Federal Interview.   The software is Federal and a state is an add-on.
