What does that mean? I'm not sure what you mean by "finish the review" and "check my Federal return."
This is a user community forum, and I'm not sure exactly what you are referring to. Are you working with a live CPA/EA tax expert at TurboTax Support who is reviewing your return? If so, you have to make any arrangements with them, and we can tell you how to phone Customer Support during business hours. Usually you pay extra for that live CPA/EA expert service unless you received a special offer.
Or are you simply asking if you can sign out of your return and pick up the interview at the REVIEW tab later? If so, that's a "yes." You can come and go. In the left menu column there is a Sign Out link way down at the bottom.
