Is Turbo Tax broken?

I finished, but did NOT file my Federal and State returns yesterday, then tried to go back to add a Home Office Asset. First, all I got was circling blue line in income and expenses, now everything I entered in income and expenses is GONE.

Be sure you are using the same exact User ID and password as you did yesterday.

Have you tried clearing your cache and f=refreshing? Help with doing so has been provided by clicking here.

Also make sure that you are logging into the correct. This is common. Sometimes users have more than one account and don't realize it. If you need help with account recovery click here
