If you can enter the tax information manually, please type it into the TurboTax program.

Not all financial institutions are compatible for importing.

and......IF the bank is a partner that offers the special tax file imports...some users have reported that you cannot use your computer's autofill, to fill in the UserID and Pwd.....that they actually have to manually enter the information in each box of the login screen.
