WHERE DO I MARK WE HAD EMPLOYER PROVIDED HEALTH CARE ALL YEAR?
IN THE REVIEW PORTION IS TAKES ME TO A HEALTH INSURANCE MARKET STATEMENT IT WANTS ME TO FILL OUT
The requirement to have health care insurance was removed from the tax code after tax year 2017. There is no longer a question on the federal tax return for having health care coverage.
If you did not receive a Form 1095-A for health care provided by one of the state Marketplace Exchanges, then when asked if you have a Form 1095-A answer NO. Or delete the From 1095-A that you started.
Enter 1095-a in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1095-a
