It is not a computer operating problem -- was customer error...

I was almost done and lost my connection! Can I get my work back??

If you were using the online version of TuboTax it will have automatically saved everything that you had clicked continue or done to finish.  When you sign back in, just click the button that says Take Me to My Return.
