If you e-filed you do NOT have to mail anything unless you are sending a payment for tax owed --in which case TTax would have told you to print the Tax Due VOUCHER (which would contain mailing instructions).

Sorry but don't understand this answer. My situation may be different, but...
TTax tells me to remember to send my 1099-R's into PA but I can't find anywhere TTax tells me where to send them. And how does PA know that I've arranged payment through debit card. This whole situation is confusing, maybe I should have just printed the return and sent it myself. HELP!
Nowhere in the Pennsylvania Income Tax Preparation Guide is the taxpayer instructed to mail Form 1099-R to the state taxing authority after e-filing the state return.
For mailing addresses for your PA-40 return, if you're paper-filing, see page 74 of the document linked above.
But Turbo Tax, as the OP said, asked me to do the same thing this year. I did owe tax, but I e-filed and paid the tax electronically, and TT told me to remember to print my forms (but that it would remind me). Now it is nowhere to be found.
This bug is still in the software this year.
If you go to the print center you should find the instructions again. Sometimes, PA does require you to paper mail the original copies of the 1099's and occasionally the W-2s or other documents.
When you log into your return, you will see the option to print your return. Do not send the documents that prints with TurboTax, you will need to send the documents that came in the mail from your employer or other payor.
Thank you Vanessa. I didn't even receive a W-2 or 1099 with PA listed because my employer didn't take out any tax. But I will take a look
Doesn't say anything about mailing anything but had me write up a statement for a 1099R and one for W2 to explain the situation.
Since you were not told to mail anything and you have no forms with state tax withheld, there is nothing you can mail.
