I entered my payment info but it won't let me e-file ?

If you do not successfully efile then the payment to the feds or state will not happen automatically so there is nothing to reverse.

Ok ... first payment for the USE of the Turbotax program to complete a return is just that ... the ability to efile the return is not promised or guaranteed since turbotax has no control over those variables.

Now, if this is for the 2019 return, click on the REVIEW tab to see what forms are holding you up  OR  which forms will require a mailed in return.
