If TurboTax does not provide mailing instructions, does that mean you do not have to mail your return?

I amended my 2020 federal tax return as I was just issued a W-2C by my employer. The amended state return populated with mailing instructions, however, the federal return did not. My federal tax return shows that I have no balance nor am I due a refund. However, I am due a refund from the state. Does that mean it is not necessary to mail the federal return?
