Right.  Nothing gets sent if your efile is rejected.

When an e-file is rejected...nothing gets saved by the IRS about that payment choice.

 

TTX only sends the information to the IRS when you e-file. The IRS does the payment Debit.....and if yours is rejected, then the IRS retains nothing about your file or payment.
