If I owe $$ to Fed. Can I file now thru TTax and just mail my payment in July?

Yes you can.  When you get to the screen that asks how do you want to pay your taxes owed, select by check, that will get you through to e-file.

 

You can pay by check when you are ready, a 1040-v payment voucher should print after you file your return to mail the check with.  In case it does not, the following is the Federal payment voucher, instructions, & mailing addresses.

You can also pay on the IRS website when you are ready, by direct debit, direct pay, or by credit card.
