You should use TurboTax Self-Employed.

It will allow you to claim deductions for expenses you had related to your 1099 income.

This will allow you to reduce your income and reduce your self-employment tax and income tax.

You can enter Self Employment Income into Online Deluxe or Premier but if you have any expenses you will have to upgrade to the Self Employed version. Or use any of the Desktop CD/Download programs.
