If I filed and extension for 2020 taxes in April 2021. Do I need to file another extension today 07/15/2021 to extend till October 15,2021?

No.  The extension is for 6 months to Oct 15.

No.   The extension you sent in gave you an extension to October 15.   There is not a way to send in a request for an extension now anyway----the deadline was May 17.

The extension gave you more time to prepare your tax return----hopefully you paid your estimated tax due by May 17, 2021.

You can e-file your 2020 return up to October 15; after that e-filing will close and 2020 returns will have to be sent by mail.
