that depends on whether the IRS got your original filing. how long ago did you file and how did you file? if they got it you cannot file again. check IRS website for refund status or to see if they have a transcript for 2019 if they did they got your original return. if not, if you mailed return considering the iRS is short on staffing to process mailed in returns you should not expect your refund for 8 weeks or more.
