I was on my moms insurance through the marketplace in 2020, But I filed my own taxes because she was not able to claim me for 2020.Now the IRS is asking me for Form 8962?

I am not sure how to fill this out and the 1095 A is my moms under her Name and was already taken out of her taxes.

You need to include her 1095-A on your tax return. Since she probably already claimed 100% of the amounts, you would have to claim 0%.
