I received a letter from IRS requiring to fill form 8962. I found the form but not able to type the information

The form is completed when you report your 1095-A.

were you covered under the Affordable Care Act ie Obamacare. if not call the number on the notice and follow the instructions.

if you were you need form 1095-A which you should have gotten in the mail but can download a copy from 

from this site after logging in

completion of the 8962 using the 1095-A is done by going to medical section and clicking on the ACA link
