You can prepare and print to file by mail as many returns as you wish using the CD/downloaded versions of TurboTax.

The 2019 (current year) version will allow up to 5 returns to be electronically filed. The 2018 returns cannot be electronically filed, they must be mailed for processing.

You can use the Turbo Tax for as many Federal Returns as you need to. I have used them for 4 returns each year. As long as the state is the same you can also do the state return. However, if you have different states you need to purchase an add-on for each state beyond one.

You get five free federal E-files for the 2019 version. You need to pay to E-file every state.
