Please explain ---what is not allowing you to file? What happens when you try to e-file?
If you are trying to e-file and are being rejected, that is because some piece of information does not match what the IRS has on file for you. If you give the same information to another preparer, your return will still be rejected. You need to print, sign, and mail your return to the IRS, and also to your state.
If you are having a different problem, you will need to tell us what that is.
if it's being rejected, if you provide the reject code and any message, perhaps we can help. There are certain reject codes which will require you to file by mail. I recommend using a tracking service,
