i have used this program for the past 4 years and have NEVER had so much trouble. I was supposed to get free return, we have no deductions other than MFJ, straight form. I am being charged $70? Not fair....All I want is to print my returns. Help
Hello? I am almost done with this return and I am using the library computer. I have been trying to do this return for over 2 hours. I just need to finish/print this return so the person behind me can use this computer.

1. If you use the TurboTax online editions for 2018 the tax data from the 2018 return should have transferred over to the 2019 tax return, to include the 2018 AGI. Providing that you used the exact same User ID to create the 2019 account as was used for the 2018 account.
2. Your post indicates you are using the TurboTax Free online edition. If you are seeing a $70 charge that indicates that you probably upgraded to the Plus edition ($30) and then in the File section you chose the pay with refund option that has a service charge of $39.99. Total $70.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for removing the pay with refund fees - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/downgrading/help/how-do-i-remove-pay-with-my-refund-fees-in-turbot...
See this TurboTax support FAQ for removing the Plus edition - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/downgrading/help/can-i-remove-plus-benefits-before-i-pay/01/26429
3. If the 2018 AGI is not shown when you are in the File section then you will need to access your prior year 2018 return as I stated in the original answer. Click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen. On the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the 2018 and Click on View adjusted gross income (AGI)
