Are you getting this error in the data entry screen or when you try to efile?
Is this error on the Federal return or your State return?
Have you tried deleting and re-entering the information?
You folks should feel ashamed of the fact that the system rejects a valid, properly entered, zip code and you
offer no viable help in correcting the problem. It is your problem. I will mail my return .... but you have lost a customer.
