I'm trying to file my2018 taxes and I can't seem to get there. It keeps taking me back to 2019
If you are trying to file your 2018 taxes, you should not be using the 2019 TurboTax online version. It is only for filing 2019 taxes. To file your 2018 taxes, you would have to purchase a 2018 TurboTax desktop version. You cannot e-file either, unfortunately. You would need to print all your tax forms and paper-file.
