It's in the Medical deductions section.  Here are 3 ways to get to the Form 1095-A interview:

Method 1 (Direct navigation):

  • With your return open, in the left menu column click on Federal.
  • Then at the top click Deductions & Credits.
  • At a screen called Your Tax Breaks scroll down and click "See all tax breaks."
  • The page will expand and show a section "All tax breaks."
  • Scroll to topic Medical and expand by clicking "Show More."
  • One of the subtopics is Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A.)

Or here are a couple of shortcuts to get there:

Method 2:

  • With your return open, click at the top on the SEARCH tab.
  • A Search box should open.  In the search line enter 1095-A without quotes.   Ignore any dropdown results and instead click the blue magnifying glass icon on that same line.
  • You should then see a Jump to 1095-A link.  Click that.

Method 3:

  • With your return open, go to the left menu column and click on TAX TOOLS, then TOOLS.
  • In the Tools window choose the TOPIC SEARCH button.
  • A search window will open.  In the search line enter 1095-A without quotes.
  • Select 1095-A in the results list and click GO.
