If I am completing an 1120s and have the Form1065 with Line 20 Code *Z Stmt, does that mean I don't need to enter it then since Z is not an option on the 1120 form?

You can use Forms Mode for that purpose.

There is no Z option on an 1120s - I apologize that I left off the s on my original post.
