I just got married last year, I am solely responsible for him financially. He has not had an income for 2 years, Can I claim him as a dependent? Do I file jointly or HOH?

my husband has been out of work for 2 years due to an injury, he has not received L&I for over a year and a half so has had no income at all last year (2020). I am the sole provider for the two of us, but i don't know the best way to file, jointly or Head of Household? or if I can claim him has a dependent in either situation?

A spouse is never a dependent.  And if you live together you can't claim Head of Household.  You file a Joint return which is the best way to file anyway even if only 1 person has income.

if you are married on the last day of 2020 you must file married.
