I have quickbooks self employed - its supposed to come with access to turbotax for tax filing but its not working - I need HELP!

If you mean access to online TurboTax...

 Online tax preparation for 2018 is now shut down, and you cannot start a new 2018 return online. Now you will need to use downloaded desktop software on a full PC or Mac.  You will also have to print, sign and mail your 2018 return because e-filing is shut down for 2018.  The deadline was midnight October 15, 2019.

If you are getting a tax refund there will be no penalty for filing late.  If you owe tax due, you are subject to late filing penalties and interest, for which you will be billed by the IRS later.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS and/or your state received the return.

Access to the 2018 TurboTax online editions for new tax returns expired after October 15, 2019.  The TurboTax online editions for 2018 will be shutting down to make way for the 2019 online editions.

The QB Self-Employed tax data can only be imported to the TurboTax online editions of Self-Employed or Live Self-Employed.
