I have multiple years of w2. Form2016 to 2019. When I entered them it added all the incomes together as if saying I made it all in one year. What should I do. Do each year separate?

You cannot enter all of the W-2 from different years into your 2019 tax return. You can only enter the W-2 from 2019 on your 2019 tax return.

Please follow these steps to delete the W-2 from 2016, 2017 and 2018:

1. Login to your TurboTax Account 
2. Click on the Search box on the top and type “W-2”
3. Click on “Jump to W-2” and you should see the “Here's your W-2 info” screen
4. Click delete next to the W-2 from 2016, 2017 and 2018

For the other years, 2016 to 2018, you will have to purchase and download the TurboTax software for PC or Mac as TurboTax Online and the mobile app are only available for the current tax year. After installing the software, open it and follow the onscreen instructions. Prior year returns must be paper-filed, as e-filing not available. You will have 3 different returns to print and mail: 2016, 2017 and 2018.
