I have 3 W-2s - one keeps showing "Needs Review." This W-2 downloaded from employer. Is there something missing I should look for? Can I ignore the needs review message?

I have filled in all information from the W-2. There is no state or local taxes on the form. My state doesn't have these taxes.

If the downloaded W-2 is causing issues, I suggest you delete that W-2 and enter it again manually.
