It's best to enter each 1099-NEC separately.
Combining them won't result in an error on your return, but it could possibly generate an inquiry from the IRS.
The IRS receives the same forms that you do, and will be looking to match each of these up.
What if it's from the same company you work for?
It is uncommon if the same company issue you two form 1099-NEC. In that case you can add them together.
