I finished my return and the tax expert says there is an error in a field on a form, but that field is NOWHERE in the interview process. How do I access it and update?

I've both called and used Live Chat and they keep taking me to the portion where I enter my 1098, but I've checked that section 15 times.  There is nowhere that I enter the information the tax expert says is incorrect.

Form 1098 is for mortgage interest. If you can't find the error in the field for the form, delete it. Then re-enter and run the review again.
