I don't understand why my taxes keep getting rejected?

Colorado taxes rejected over and over. It is saying something about my dependent's SSN. His SSN hasn't changed, why does it keep rejecting?!?!

The FEDERAL return is being rejected thus the CO return is also not going thru... that is a federal rejection message : https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/taxation/fix-e-file-reject-ind-507/L67xx...
