I completed my taxes, paid, and now i'm being told i owe more

What is your question?

Do you owe more tax or more TurboTax fees? Who is telling you that you owe more?

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees taken out of your federal tax refund, you have not actually paid the fees until the IRS pays your refund. The IRS is severely backlogged. If they take too long to pay your refund, you have to pay the TurboTax fees yourself.
