Please explain what that means. I can't tell for sure, so I'll guess. Is it this:

Underneath your question above it is showing "Online Deluxe." Is that the product you are currently using? Did you start a return in Online TurboTax and now want to switch to the desktop CD software you installed? And are you asking how to download the *.tax2019 data file you started in Online TurboTax so you can finish it in your desktop software? If so, we can tell you how to do that.

Or is it something else?

Did you install the CD on a Windows computer or Mac?
