I am unable to file online because you are asking for EIN for Uber. I thought I am supposed to use my SSN. I have already paid and don't see option to go back.

This is a public user community forum, not a direct route to TurboTax Support. 

Are you asking about an EIN that Uber provided on a Form 1099-MISC they sent you?  i.e., the EIN for the Payer?

In any case, here's how to open your return if TurboTax thinks you were finished, but haven't yet filed.

Log in and at the Tax Home click on "Add a State."   That doesn't really add one, but opens the interview back up where you can make corrections.
