If you print out the forms (or view the saved PDF), you should see "DECEASED [Name of Decedent and Date of Death]" at the top of Form 1040.

I prepared my own taxes. I found out that another client paid $69. I paid $138. I want a refund. It was misleading. Why did I pay more?
