If you have already purchased the download edition, sign onto your download account - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts

Otherwise purchase the download from this TurboTax website for tax year 2020 - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/

In the future, if you have trouble finding either the Download purchase page...or the Download login page (if purchased directly from Turbotax), you can get there from the Online purchase page as follows (try it a few times):
