How do I file a second tax return on turbo tax live?

You can only file one tax return per account and User ID with the online editions.

To start another tax return with the online editions you have to start a new account with a new User ID. You can have up to 5 User ID's associated with one email address - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/
