Where are you seeing that you need to add an Employer EIN for a child? Are you trying to enter a W-2 or a Form 1099 for the child? You do not report a child's earned income from work on your tax return.
Are you trying to enter more than one W-2 for your child? If that is what you are doing, you click Add W-2 to add a second W-2. If you are doing something else, please explain.
You have to explain where you are entering an Employer Identification Number (EIN) for a child. Otherwise we are just guessing at what you are trying to do. We can't see your screen.
Here's my guess. Are you entering care providers for the Child and Dependent Care Credit? If so, after you enter the first provider you come to a screen that says "Here's what you spent on care providers." At the bottom of that screen click the button that says "Add Another Care Provider" to enter another provider.
