How do I eliminate the state return from my filing?

To delete your state return:

1. Log in to your account :
2. Go to State Taxes and hit continue.
3. Click Delete next to the state.

If you want to e-file federal and file the state later on, select e-file federal and select I'll file state later. You can also e-file Federal and mail in the state.

I need three state returns.  Yesterday I purchased two more.  Now I am working on a taxpayer that only needs one  of the states.  The help hint said to go the the state screen, hit continue and use the delete button by the states I don't need.  There is no delete button.  How can I get it down to using only one state?

Second problem, because it shows I have three states, it is not picking up the state withholding I entered in the personal data tabs.  So it calculates too much tax due.  How do I fix that?
